Summary
Cuadrilla de Montaña Alavesa is procuring and installing a tourist bicycle-sharing system at two locations, Lagrán and Peñacerrada. The scope includes at least five electric mountain bikes and five parking and charging spaces at each location, ten GPS-enabled smart locks, access control, security cameras, a rental app and website, payment management, minor electrical and civil works, and one year of system management and maintenance.
