Acquisition of Technical Sound, Lighting and Audiovisual Services

Summary

This call for proposals concerns the acquisition of technical sound, lighting, and audiovisual services for the Municipality of Marinha Grande, to support the Casa da Cultura Teatro Stephens program from November 2026 for a duration of 14 months (no renewals). The base price is 100,450 EUR excluding VAT. Proposals are submitted electronically via the ACIN platform (acingov.pt) by the 9th day at 23:59 after the publication date. The award is multifactorial, with 70% weight given to price and 30% to the Technical Capacity (CT). Proposals must include the signing of the contract documents, CVs and proofs of experience, and other required habilitation documents as described in the tender documents. Electronic invoicing is permitted; no bid variants are allowed. The procurement is not split into lots and includes the possibility to view the procurement pieces on the ACIN platform.
