Technical assistance for management, administrative coordination and financial monitoring of the LURROLA project

Summary

Eusko Ikaskuntza is procuring technical assistance for the LURROLA cross-border cooperation project, which supports citizen participation and deliberative governance. The service covers technical coordination, administrative and financial management, expenditure and indicator monitoring, audit support, partner meetings, and the preparation of progress reports, expenditure statements and project records. The contract has no lots, is expected to run through completion of the project’s final justification in 2029, and has a maximum budget of EUR 60,000 excluding VAT.
