Integrated activities at civic centres and municipal urban gardens

Summary

The City of Santander is procuring a single-lot, integrated service to organise activities at municipal civic centres and urban gardens. The work includes leisure activities and courses, registration and programme management, reception and caretaker services at centres and garden opening and closing, resident advice offices at six centres, at least 10 exhibitions annually, and technical support for events. The minimum annual provision is 17,069.1343 activity hours and 27,872 caretaker hours. The contract runs for three years, with up to two one-year extensions.
