Organisation and delivery of children’s activities during the Christmas period 2026–2027
Summary
San Fernando City Council is seeking an integrated service to organise and deliver Christmas-themed activities for children and families at Plaza del Rey from 4 December 2026 to 2 January 2027. The programme includes seven creative workshops, three family-games days, five family shows with stage entertainment, and one storytelling session, together with themed décor and the equipment needed for the activities. The estimated contract value is €22,000 excluding VAT (€26,620 including 21% VAT); the contract is not divided into lots.
