Energy accounting service for municipalities in the Gironès region

Summary

The Consell Comarcal del Gironès is procuring an integrated energy-accounting service for participating municipalities, covering up to 1,000 active utility accounts; 918 are currently active, while historical records for 111 inactive accounts must also be retained. The service includes online energy-management software, monthly invoice imports and validation, incident handling, monthly and annual reports, consumption and cost analysis, and periodic training. Municipal photovoltaic and self-consumption monitoring is an optional service. The contract is not divided into lots.
