Performance of Swan Lake

Summary

The contract is for one performance of the Kyiv Ballet’s Swan Lake on 6 November 2026 at 19:00 at the Teatro Palenque in Talavera de la Reina. The contractor must provide the performance and cover the remuneration of performers and technical staff, travel, transport, accommodation and meals, preparations, and any applicable copyright fees. The contracting authority will provide the theatre’s existing stage, lighting and sound facilities and audience services. The financial offer must state a fixed fee of €6,198.35 excluding VAT (€7,500 including 21% VAT) and a percentage of actual ticket revenue. The sole award criterion is the lowest percentage requested from ticket revenue, worth up to 100 points. Ticket prices are €24 for 378 auditorium seats and €22 for 265 balcony seats. The offer must be submitted electronically within 7 calendar days of the invitation being sent. Separate evidence of financial or technical capacity, a bid guarantee and a performance guarantee are not required, but the bidder must have legal capacity to contract and must not be subject to statutory exclusion grounds.
