Supply of 7 workstations for the School of Art and Design in Reus

Summary

The contract is for the supply of 7 new high-performance workstations for the Tarragona Provincial Council’s School of Art and Design in Reus. The computers will support teaching in digital drawing, graphic design, illustration, animation, 3D modelling, rendering, and video and image editing. Each workstation must meet the technical specification’s minimum requirements, including a noise-dampened ATX mid-tower case with four pre-installed 120 mm fans and room for two more; a 1000 W power supply; a DDR5 motherboard with four memory slots and support for up to 192 GB; an Intel i7-14700K or equivalent 20-core processor (8 performance cores and 12 efficiency cores) with 33 MB cache; 32 GB DDR5-5200 RAM; a 1 TB M.2 PCI Express 3.0 SSD; an RTX 5070 or equivalent graphics card with 12 GB GDDR7 memory; Windows 11 Pro; and a USB keyboard and mouse. All equipment must be new. The estimated unit price is €3,000 excluding VAT. The tender budget is €21,000 excluding VAT and €25,410 including 21% VAT. Delivery is to the school in Reus within four weeks of contract signature. The equipment must have a minimum three-year warranty covering parts and labour, a 24-hour response time and on-site assistance. Bids are scored on price for up to 90 points and installation for up to 10 points. The full 10 installation points are awarded for providing, at no extra charge, transport, unpacking and removal of packaging, placement in two classrooms, connection to mains power and supplied peripherals, operational checks, and handover ready for use. The electronic bid must include the responsible declaration, the price offer and the technical documents required to demonstrate compliance. The contract is not divided into lots.
