Design, supervision and major repair works on the Veisiejai–Viktarinas road

Summary

The procurement covers preparation of the design, supervision of project implementation and major repair works on the 5.989–10.033 km section of regional road No. 2517 between Veisiejai and Viktarinas. The contract is not divided into lots, and bids must cover the full scope. This is a green procurement, and bids will be evaluated on the basis of the price-quality ratio. Bids must be submitted in Lithuanian electronically through CVP IS and include the signed bid, the European Single Procurement Document, a national security declaration and a tender guarantee. The bid must remain valid for at least three months, and the guarantee must be at least 2% of the bid value excluding VAT. The winner must provide a contract performance guarantee of at least 5% of the contract price excluding VAT. Until the works handover certificate is signed, the contractor must maintain the construction site and traffic management measures, remedy defects and restore the site. The warranty period starts on the date the handover certificate is signed.
