Telescopic mast for an antenna

Summary

The procurement is for one new telescopic mast for raising antennas, communications and surveillance equipment, and other devices to a height of at least 17 metres. The mast must support a load of at least 35 kg, be suitable for outdoor use and resistant to vibration, and be capable of mounting on a vehicle. It must allow rapid deployment and retraction and enable directional antennas to rotate around the mast’s vertical axis. The required construction is fibreglass or equivalent, with a quality standard of at least ISO 9001, a maximum weight of 50 kg, an operating temperature range of -25 °C to +55 °C, a storage temperature range covering at least -40 °C to +80 °C, and an ingress protection rating of at least IP55. If an electric drive is offered, it must be remotely controllable and run from a vehicle’s 24 V supply; nominal current must be up to 32 A and nominal power up to 720 W. The offer must include the manufacturer’s technical data sheet, user manual or other manufacturer documentation proving compliance with the technical requirements. The documentation must also state, among other things, the product’s weight and temperature ranges, protection against dust and moisture, resistance to vibration and ordinary mechanical impact, package contents, and transport bag or case dimensions. One complete shipment must be delivered to Liepojos g. 5, Klaipėda, by 18 December 2026. The contract document gives delivery hours of 08:30–16:30 Monday to Friday and requires delivery outside peak traffic hours. The technical specification requires a warranty of at least 24 months, whereas the contract’s special terms state 12 months; this discrepancy should be clarified in the tender documents.
