ENT Examination Workstation Equipment Set

The procurement is for one set of equipment for an ear, nose and throat (ENT) examination workstation at Jurbarkas Hospital. The set must form an integrated workstation and include a vacuum suction system, an ear irrigation system and an LED light source for endoscopy, together with the main module’s accessories. The equipment must be new and unused, with a warranty of at least 24 months. The required sanctions and restriction declarations must accompany the offer, and a €100 deposit must be paid as the tender guarantee, with proof of transfer included. The offer and guarantee must remain valid for at least three months after the submission deadline. No qualification thresholds or quality- or environmental-management certificates are required. The supplier must ensure that original or equivalent spare parts remain available for at least five years after the warranty expires.
