Improvements to the CEIP Campomaior sports pavilion

Summary

The tender covers repair and construction works to improve the energy efficiency of the CEIP Campomaior sports pavilion in Ordes. The works include removing the ceramic cladding on the south and east facades of the multipurpose hall and replacing it with an insulated ventilated facade of HPL panels; insulating the pavilion perimeter, the lower changing-room extension and the north facade of the hall with an 80 mm external thermal insulation system and painting it; replacing the roofs of the north and east extensions with 80 mm acoustic sandwich panels; installing an industrial condensation dehumidifier and air-distribution ducts; and replacing changing-room lights, painting walls, enamel-painting existing doors and completing a section of skirting. Bids will be assessed on price, a warranty period of up to 5 years, a properly justified reduction in the completion period, and work organisation, environmental measures, quality-control and occupational health and safety plans. Criteria assessed by qualitative judgement account for 48% of the score and automatically assessed criteria for 52%; bidders must obtain at least 50% of the points available in the first stage to proceed. Bidders must meet the statutory eligibility and exclusion requirements and demonstrate financial and technical capacity. Before starting the works, the contractor must submit a work programme, health and safety plan, waste-management plan, and list of subcontractors and suppliers. During contract performance, the contractor must fulfil at least one of the three social or employment-related conditions set out in the tender documents. No provisional tender guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide a 5% definitive guarantee.
