Inventory of stormwater systems in Kiili municipality

The successful tenderer must not be subject to any of the exclusion grounds set out in § 95(1) of the Estonian Public Procurement Act.

The bidder must provide details of the project manager responsible for carrying out the inventory of stormwater systems. The project manager must have higher education in environmental engineering, hydraulic engineering or water management, and must have led or carried out at least two similar projects during the past five years. Similar projects are the preparation of plans or inventories for water supply and sewerage systems or stormwater management. Provide the project manager’s name and information on their education and relevant experience. The bid must comply with the procurement documents; conditional bids are not permitted. Joint bidders must appoint an authorised representative from among themselves and include the authorisation in the bid. The price must follow the prescribed structure, and the completed price table (Annex 3) must be included. The bidder must identify and justify any information claimed as a trade secret; the bid price and other information used in bid evaluation may not be classified as trade secrets.
