Architectural design framework agreement for 2027–2028, with options for 2029 and 2030

Summary

The Jyväskylä procurement group is seeking a framework agreement for principal and architectural design services for 2027–2028, with options for 2029 and 2030. Lot 1 covers design for new construction and major renovations of investment projects, including schools and day-care centres; Lot 2 covers design for annual repairs, minor improvements and similar maintenance works, with individual commissions of up to EUR 60,000. Eight service providers will be selected, four for each lot; the framework’s maximum value is EUR 2,700,000.
