Review, preparation, implementation and operation of Legionella prevention and control plans at Instituto Superior Técnico campuses

Summary

Instituto Superior Técnico is procuring services to review or prepare, implement and operate Legionella prevention and control plans across its Lisbon, Oeiras and Loures campuses and the Técnico Innovation Center. The work covers risk assessment, preventive monitoring and routines, corrective measures, audits of work performed by the contractor and others, document management and technical support. The contract runs for 12 months and may be renewed twice, up to 36 months; the maximum budget is €200,000 excluding VAT, including up to €30,000 for corrective actions. The procurement is not divided into lots.
