Purchase of Two Light Goods Vehicles

Summary

The Municipality of Nisa is procuring two light goods vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of 3,500 kg under a single tender. Both must be delivered by 30 December 2026. The first vehicle must be white, have a three-seat single cab, an open aluminium body and a folding hydraulic tail lift with a load capacity of at least 750 kg. It must have an engine displacement of at least 3,000 cm³ and power of at least 176 hp, as well as a six-speed manual gearbox, diesel engine, air conditioning, radio, 4 × 2 axle configuration, dual rear wheels and a load body at least 4,000 mm long and 2,000 mm wide. The second vehicle must be white, have a six-seat crew cab and an open body with electric three-way tipping. It must have an engine displacement of at least 2,300 cm³ and power of at least 160 hp, as well as a six-speed manual gearbox, diesel engine, air conditioning, radio, 4 × 2 axle configuration, dual rear wheels and a load body at least 3,000 mm long and 2,000 mm wide. Both vehicles must comply with applicable legislation, and their decoration must follow the municipality’s instructions. The maximum base price is €105,000 excluding VAT; price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically in Portuguese and state the price and VAT, billing and payment plan, and warranty period. Variant bids are not allowed. Bids must remain valid for 90 days. The contract documents also prohibit subcontracting without the contracting authority’s prior approval and prohibit assignment of the contractual position.
