Procurement of Videolaryngoscopy and Bronchoscopy Equipment
Summary
The procurement covers four medical devices for the Unidade Local de Saúde do Estuário do Tejo healthcare organisation in Portugal: (1) one portable videolaryngoscope for the operating theatre, with a base price of EUR 3,000; (2) one portable videolaryngoscope for the intensive care unit, EUR 3,000; (3) one wheeled videolaryngoscope for the operating theatre, EUR 12,000; and (4) one integrated videolaryngoscopy and bronchoscopy system for the intensive care unit, EUR 35,000. Lot 4 also requires specified accessories, including 10 disposable flexible bronchofibrescopes. The bid must substantiate compliance with the full technical specifications. Delivery is required within 40 days. The supplier must provide a warranty of at least three years, respond to technical-intervention requests within no more than 12 hours, provide replacement equipment in the event of faults, and deliver initial training and clinical support. For Lot 4, training must cover doctors and nurses, and an immediate replacement device must be available during the warranty period. The bid must be submitted in Portuguese with the required documents and a qualified electronic signature through the electronic procurement platform; variants are not allowed. The submission deadline is 10 October 2026 at 17:00, and bids must remain valid for 120 days. For Lots 1–3, evaluation weights are price 50%, scored technical features 35%, and technical-support response time 15%. For Lot 4, price is weighted at 40% and technical features at 60%; the assessment includes compatibility with three specified additional devices.
