Peil: Digital Literacy Assessment for Mainstream Primary, Special Primary and Special Education Leavers, 2028–2029

Summary

The Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) is commissioning a single-contract digital literacy assessment of mainstream primary school pupils in their final year and school leavers in special primary and special education. The study will provide a nationally representative picture of pupils’ digital literacy, the learning process, and the attitudes of pupils, teachers and school leaders. The work includes developing assessment instruments, piloting them, recruiting schools, collecting and analysing data, and preparing school feedback, a technical final report and a dataset. The contract is not divided into lots and has an estimated ceiling of EUR 565,000 excluding VAT.
