Motor Skills and Exercise Route at Stelleplas

Summary

The tender concerns the design, supply and installation of a motor skills and exercise route around Stelleplas in Borsele. The contractor must develop a coherent concept and route design, prepare the layout plan, supply and install 18–22 exercise facilities along an approximately 2 km route, provide signage and information boards, submit certificates and inspection documents, and carry out maintenance one year after completion. The maximum total bid is EUR 317,000 excluding VAT; bids above this amount will be excluded. The route must be fully operational and completed by 23 April 2027. A five-year minimum warranty, a Dutch-speaking installation service, inclusive pricing and a complete digital handover file are required. Bids must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 at 10:00. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio: price 30 points, the layout plan 50 points, and sustainability and circularity 20 points. No variants or partial bids are allowed.
