Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers validation of ASQ-3, translation and validation of ASQ:SE-2 into Lithuanian, publication of both instruments, preparation and delivery of at least 161 sets, and training for up to 69 specialists. Lot 2 covers the procurement, assembly and delivery of 69 complete child-development assessment scale sets and specialist training. Tenders are evaluated on the basis of the price-quality ratio. The submission deadline is 15 October 2026 at 10:00, and the maximum planned value is EUR 411,513.44 including VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 97,985.26 including VAT for Lot 2. A company must account for licensing, specialist qualifications and experience, technical compliance, environmental evidence, and the required training and documentation obligations.
