Maintenance of mechanical installations in municipal buildings – Municipality of Oirschot

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for maintaining approximately 170 mechanical and climate-control installations across 12 municipal properties in Oirschot. The scope includes corrective and preventive maintenance, planned maintenance, statutory SCIOS inspections for scopes 1–7, NOx and CO emissions measurements, planned inspections of gas installations, damage repairs, and replacement of installation components based on the maintenance plan. The agreement is intended to start on 1 January 2027, has an initial term of two years, and may be extended twice by one year, for a maximum term of four years. Approximately 50 service orders for maintenance, faults and complaints and around 20 orders for replacement of installation components are expected annually.
