Micro Transfer Printing Tool

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of a Micro Transfer Printing tool for Eindhoven University of Technology’s nanotechnology cleanroom. The tool must enable precise transfer of microscale chiplets from donor substrates to target substrates, and the supplier must deliver, unload, install it ready for use, and perform factory and university-site acceptance tests.
