Purchase of sweepers including spare parts, maintenance and repair

Summary

Avri is procuring one electric and one HVO diesel medium-sized sweeper, including spare parts, attachments, brushes, maintenance and repairs. During the contract, the contracting authority may purchase one additional electric or HVO diesel machine meeting the same requirements, but exercising this option is not mandatory. The contract is planned for two years from 1 January 2027 and may be extended three times by two years, up to 31 December 2034. The tender deadline is 15 October 2026 at 10:00. Tenders will be evaluated on the best price-quality ratio: price carries 30 points, the service delivery plan 25 points and practical assessment 45 points. Bidders must submit the required forms, certificates, product data sheets and maintenance contracts and demonstrate compliance with the commercial register, insurance, quality management and environmental management requirements.
