Supply of various vehicles

Summary

The Municipality of Gorinchem is procuring eight electric and plug-in hybrid light commercial and work vehicles for its outdoor services through four lots. The lots cover four electric double-cab chassis pickups, one plug-in hybrid enclosed van for sewerage operations, one electric single-cab open-bed pickup, and two small plug-in hybrid vans. The bid must include a vehicle specification offer, an all-in price for each selected lot, and a G-2.1 descriptive document. Vehicles must be supplied with delivery, transport, preparation for use, instruction, documentation and warranty. Bids must be submitted electronically by 6 October 2026 at 12:00. Awards will be based on the best price-quality ratio: price 20%, the descriptive document and service arrangements 20%, and a practical test 60%.
