Supply of a Multifunctional Vehicle

Summary

The procurement is for one new multifunctional vehicle, or mini loader, manufactured in 2026 or later, together with compatible attachments: a water-spraying collection broom, two arrow snow ploughs and a hydraulic hammer. The machine must be operational and ready for immediate use. Requirements include four-wheel drive, a diesel engine of at least 55 hp complying with Stage V, specified maximum vehicle dimensions, a heated and air-conditioned cab, and a hydraulic telescopic boom with a lifting height of at least 3,000 mm. The tender documents provide the full technical specifications for the vehicle and attachments. Equivalent solutions are allowed, but the bidder must demonstrate equivalence. Delivery is due by 25 November 2026. The offer must identify the vehicle’s manufacturer and model and include the required documentation in Polish. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the offered warranty period of 2–6 years for 40%.
