Control devices and control system for street and park area outdoor lighting

Summary

The tender covers the supply of control devices for the City of Oulu’s street and park area outdoor lighting and a centre-based SaaS control system. The system must cover approximately 600 outdoor-lighting centres and 45,000 luminaires. The supplier will commission the control devices in cooperation with the contracting authority’s contractor, provide and connect the control platform, and deliver maintenance, updates, monitoring, technical support and user training, as well as development work when required. Field installation of the devices will be carried out by the contracting authority’s maintenance contractor. Delivery of the control devices is planned for January 2027 and commissioning of the new system for May 2027. The bid value for the investment project must not exceed EUR 500,000 excluding VAT.
