Rental of an Audiovisual System for an Event at Bilbao Airport

The contract covers the rental, transport, installation, dismantling and technical support of an audiovisual system for an event taking place on 29–30 October 2026 in rooms C1, C2 and C3 at Bilbao Airport. The supplier must provide sound equipment comprising four amplified speakers and bases, three wireless systems, four headset microphones and two wireless handheld microphones. Video equipment includes one 2.5 × 1.5 m LED screen with a 1.9 pixel pitch, its support structure, control equipment, two 65-inch televisions and telescopic stands, and an HD video switcher. The airport will provide the laptop used for audio, videoconferencing and presentations. The offer must include the service budget and total price.
