Market dialogue on alarm monitoring and mobile patrol security services for 2027–2031 (2033)

Summary

This is a market dialogue preceding the City of Lahti’s planned procurement of security services, not a contract notice or a competitive tender. The planned services cover patrol security for city-managed buildings, facilities and outdoor areas, alarm monitoring, alarm centre services, alarm response visits, operation services for intrusion detection systems, on-site and call-off security, event security services and possible panic button services. The services are planned for 2027–2031 with two one-year option periods; the estimated total value including the option years is approximately EUR 2.8 million. The procurement is not planned to be divided into lots. Participation in the market dialogue is voluntary and will not affect a company’s position in the future tender. Responses are due by 1 October 2026; according to the preliminary schedule, the competitive tender is planned for October and November 2026 and the new contract period will begin on 1 April 2027.
