Request for information and invitation to market dialogue: Procurement of a multipurpose drilling machine and repair, maintenance and spare parts services for 2027

This is a request for information and invitation to market dialogue, not a call for tenders. Espoo is preparing a 2027 procurement divided into two lots: a new electric multipurpose drilling machine with equipment, delivered fully operational to a location specified by the contracting authority in Espoo, and repair, maintenance and spare parts services for Espoo’s multipurpose drilling machines, excluding warranty-period maintenance and repairs for newly supplied machines. The machine must meet the needs of Espoo’s geotechnical unit and be suitable for pressure, rotary, vane, dynamic probing, dynamic cone penetration and soil-pipe drilling. Interested suppliers are asked to register in writing by 1 October 2026 at 14:00 by email to tuula.havas-flinkman@espoo.fi or erblina.sekiraqa@espoo.fi, stating a contact person and using the requested market-dialogue subject line. The market dialogue and the information provided do not bind the participants and are not a prerequisite for the later tender procedure, which is expected to be published after the market dialogues, provisionally in late 2026. Responses will be handled confidentially.
