Invitation to market dialogue: SaaS solution for managing enterprise architecture and process intelligence

Summary

This is a market dialogue and information request, not a contract notice or request for tenders. Keva is seeking information about ready-made SaaS solutions for managing enterprise architecture and process intelligence. The solution should support process mining from feature and event data, KPI monitoring, modelling and management of processes and enterprise architecture, and internal publication of descriptions. It should provide a central enterprise architecture repository, support modelling in ArchiMate, TOGAF, BPMN and UML, and allow existing descriptions to be imported at least in BPMN 2.0 XML and ArchiMate Model Exchange File Format. For process intelligence, the solution should support automated process discovery from transactional event data, data uploads from several enterprise systems and data platforms, and automatically updated KPI target monitoring. Responding or not responding does not affect eligibility for any future procurement, and no compensation is paid for responding.
