Procurement of basic laboratory equipment – FSI

Summary

The procurement covers basic laboratory equipment and related technical systems: ventilation and air-conditioning equipment, a fume extractor, video surveillance, an intrusion alarm system, access control, and fire detection and suppression equipment. The supplier must deliver all required items, together with necessary finishing work, manuals and documentation, to the specified location in Coimbra within 30 days of receiving the purchase order. The goods must have a warranty of at least 36 months, with technological updates during the warranty period and for the following three years. The maximum budget is EUR 42,299.89 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion; in the event of a price tie, the shorter delivery period takes precedence. The offer must be submitted electronically in Portuguese by 23:59 on 5 October 2026 and remain valid for 180 days. The offer must include, among other things, compliant technical information, prices, product catalogues or equivalent documents, and the required declarations.
