Repair, installation and connection of Christmas decorations

Summary

The tender covers the repair, installation, electrical connection, maintenance and post-holiday dismantling of Christmas decorations in Ventspils. It is divided into three lots: illuminated objects on lighting poles and above streets, freestanding illuminated environmental objects, and decorating trees with light strings. Bidders may submit a tender for one or more lots, but variants are not permitted. Installation and connection must be completed and all objects switched on simultaneously on 28 November 2026; maintenance and dismantling must be completed by 29 January 2027. The tender submission deadline is 1 October 2026. Price is the only award criterion, and the compliant tender with the lowest contract price will be selected for each lot.
