Cleaning services for buildings managed by the Port Authority of Almería

Summary

The Port Authority of Almería is procuring regular and specialist cleaning services for its administrative, operational and public-facing buildings and facilities throughout the port, including offices, common areas, toilets, passenger spaces, walkways, windows and other glass surfaces. The service also covers additional cleaning for events and urgent needs, with increased provision during the Strait of Gibraltar crossing operation. The contract runs for two years, with up to three additional one-year extensions, and includes an additional work-hour allowance of 3,000 ordinary hours, 1,000 overtime hours and 500 hours for window cleaning.
