Collection, transport and delivery to an authorised operator of waste streams collected at the Collbató municipal waste facility

Summary

The contract covers the scheduled removal, transport and delivery to authorised waste operators of waste fractions collected at the Collbató municipal waste facility. It excludes fractions handled through producer-responsibility schemes, specific agreements or other services identified in the tender documents. The work also includes replacing collection containers when they are emptied, handling and documenting the waste properly, and submitting monthly reports. Collection requests must generally be completed within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday except public holidays. Bids must include unit prices for each waste category and proposals for authorised carriers, waste operators and final treatment routes. The service runs for two years, with a possible two-year extension, and is not divided into lots. The tender budget is EUR 333,725.52 excluding VAT, or EUR 367,098.07 including 10% VAT; the estimated contract value is EUR 800,941.24 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically by 18 October 2026. Bidders must hold the required authorisation to transport and/or manage waste.
