Implementation and operation of an electronic administration platform

Summary

SADECO is procuring the implementation, provision and operation of an integrated electronic administration platform delivered as Software as a Service. The work includes migrating and integrating data and case files from the existing platform for the previous four years, configuring the platform and electronic services, and providing hosting, interoperability, security, maintenance, support and training. The contract is not divided into lots; it runs for two years, with up to two one-year extensions. The two-year estimated base budget is €233,200 excluding VAT, including €6,000 for migration; the estimated contract value including possible extensions is €460,400 excluding VAT.
