Administration, monitoring, support, maintenance and consultancy for CSIC’s corporate IT infrastructure

Summary

The Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) is procuring an integrated service to administer, monitor, support, maintain and advise on its corporate IT infrastructure, including the application operation and integration platform, storage and backup systems, corporate web hosting, Linux and Windows servers, and Citrix virtual desktops. The service also covers daily operations, system updates, software corrections and enhancements, and on-call support. The 24-month contract is not divided into lots.
