Outdoor cleaning and maintenance services at the South Campus of the Polytechnic University of Madrid

Summary

The Polytechnic University of Madrid is procuring auxiliary cleaning and maintenance services for approximately 55,000 m² of outdoor areas at its South Campus, including gardens, paths, pavements, roads, car parks and other shared spaces. The work includes sweeping and blowing, leaf and litter collection, waste sorting and removal, and basic upkeep of outdoor communal areas. The service is planned three days per week with two operators working seven-hour shifts, for an estimated 126 workdays per year; the initial term is one year with an option to extend for one additional year. The contract is not divided into lots.
