Home telecare service contract 2026

Summary

The Municipality of Arganda del Rey is procuring a home telecare service for residents who need social, personal or assistance support. The service includes installation, maintenance and monitoring of home and mobile/geolocation devices, continuous 24/7 call-centre response, regular contact with users, incident management and coordination with municipal social services. The current estimated provision is 326 analogue terminals, 47 digital terminals, 15 mobile/geolocation devices and 6 peripherals. The initial term is two years, with an extension of up to two additional years.
