Public realm improvements in O Barco's Malecón area – Rua Real and Camino Real, Phase II

Summary

The Provincial Council of Ourense is procuring a single-lot works contract to renew public spaces along Rua Real and Camino Real in O Barco de Valdeorras, as Phase II of the Malecón improvement project. The works include demolition, sewerage and stormwater networks, electrical ducting and lighting, a retaining wall, paving, street furniture and landscaping. The estimated contract value is €256,198.36 excluding VAT (€310,000.02 including VAT), with a six-month completion period.
