Property Maintenance Framework Agreement

Summary

Region Halland is procuring a framework agreement for building services, property maintenance and minor projects across its property portfolio. The work ranges from individual service tasks to planned small projects that may require design, a dedicated project organization, coordination across different work categories, and joint production and scheduling. The procurement is divided into six lots: building works, electrical works, ventilation and air-treatment works, groundworks, plumbing works, and control-system works. The planned framework term runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with up to two extensions. The framework for each lot may include up to three contractors; bids may be submitted for up to six lots. The estimated total value is SEK 788,000,000. No bid guarantee is required, bids must remain valid for six months, and electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
