RENFE Ingeniería y Mantenimiento is procuring the supply and installation of a UIC electronic interlocking system at the Fuencarral I workshop and its northern and southern track yards in Madrid. The works include new signalling, control and safety equipment, block connections between the Fuencarral I and II facilities and with Madrid-Chamartín station, and delivery of related spare parts. The procurement is not divided into lots and has a base budget of EUR 2,391,899.76 excluding VAT.
