Complete replacement of three lifts at the Oviedo administrative building

Summary

The Principality of Asturias is procuring the complete replacement of three lifts in its administrative building at 7 and 9 Hermanos Menéndez Pidal Street in Oviedo. The works include dismantling the existing equipment, adapting the building spaces, supplying and installing the new lifts and associated electrical and safety systems, and commissioning them. The three lifts are an integrated triplex system, so the contract is not divided into lots. The execution period is eight months; the tender budget is €247,894.05 excluding VAT (€299,951.80 including VAT).
