Refurbishment works at the Hercules Play Centre in Melilla’s Cañada de Hidúm district

The Autonomous City of Melilla is procuring refurbishment works at the Hercules Play Centre on Calle de Hércules, in the Cañada de Hidúm district. The works will remedy building and installation defects and improve the facility’s functionality, safety and usability so it can serve as a public venue for socio-educational and community activities. The scope includes building finishes and installations such as water supply, drainage, electricity, lighting, climate control and ventilation, joinery, insulation and painting. The contract is not divided into lots, has an estimated value of EUR 105,670.16 excluding tax, and is to be completed within six months.
