Summary

The contract covers the refurbishment and commissioning of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems at the IGAPE building in Santiago de Compostela to improve energy efficiency. The works include upgrades to heating and cooling plant, fan-coil units, ventilation and ductwork, controls, pipework, electrical connections, and related testing and technical documentation. The contract is not divided into lots and is co-financed at 60% by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
