Plumbing, drainage and climate-control works for the wildlife recovery centre in Logroño

TRAGSA is procuring plumbing, drainage, heating, cooling and ventilation works for the buildings of the wildlife recovery centre and the flora conservation and reproduction centre at La Fombera II in Logroño, including related improvements to the site. The single, indivisible contract covers wastewater and rainwater drainage, water supply and sanitary fixtures, heat-pump and air-conditioning equipment, heat recovery and ventilation systems, ductwork and roof drainage. There are no lots. The works are to be completed within 12 months, with a total contract term of 16 months; the estimated base budget is €267,543.23 excluding VAT (€323,727.31 including VAT).
