Maintenance and conservation of sidewalks in Marratxí’s urban areas

Summary

The Municipality of Marratxí is procuring two years of on-demand maintenance and repair works for sidewalks and other public urban spaces, including parks, squares, streets, roundabouts and promenades. Works may include removing and installing kerbs, excavation, concrete bases, tactile and other paving, and adjusting or replacing utility-chamber frames and covers. The contract has no lots and a maximum total budget of €800,000 including VAT; work locations and quantities will be set through work orders, with payment based on the units actually completed.
