Technical support and maintenance for Cohesity software licences

Summary

Mutua Universal is procuring a 12-month technical support and maintenance service for Cohesity software licences used in its information systems, including NetBackup. The service covers 60 standard perpetual licences and 58 flexible-licensing perpetual licences, with 24/7 technical support, incident and configuration assistance, patches and fixes, support for product upgrades, and access to new product versions. The procurement is not divided into lots and runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027.
