Maintenance and upkeep of asphalt-paved roads in Marratxí’s urban areas

Summary

The Marratxí Town Council is procuring two years of maintenance and repair works for asphalt-paved roads in the municipality’s urban areas, with no contract extension and no division into lots. Work orders may cover surface preparation, milling, removal and repair of damaged road layers, asphalt resurfacing and pothole repairs, manhole-cover adjustment, crack sealing, road-marking renewal and waste handling. Each intervention is limited to 1,000 m², while pothole-repair work is measured in 40 m² units. The maximum total expenditure is €400,000 including VAT and waste-management costs; complete resurfacing of an entire street or avenue is excluded.
