Renewal of a section of the Can Vila wastewater and stormwater collector

Summary

The Municipality of Sant Antoni de Vilamajor is procuring urgent works to renew a 76.60-metre section of the damaged wastewater and stormwater collector in the Can Vila development, mainly within properties along Pinatell and Rovelló streets. The works include reconstructing the collector and adding three intermediate manholes; the contract is a single lot and is scheduled for two months. If access to the affected property is not authorised, the works will stop before that property and include a blind inspection chamber, leaving approximately 8 metres of damaged pipe unrenewed; if access is authorised before construction of the chamber, the full section will be renewed instead. The estimated contract value is EUR 113,597.39 excluding VAT.
