Case supervision and continuing training for social services professionals

Summary

Lea Ibarra Municipal Association is procuring a case supervision and continuing training service for its social services professionals: a social worker, a social educator and a psychologist. The service will provide a confidential setting for reflection on complex cases, social assessment, intervention methods, professional coordination and team wellbeing. Each annual cycle runs from September to June and comprises 10 sessions of 2.5 hours, delivered in person or online; the initial term is two years, with up to two one-year extensions, for a maximum of four years.
